I use multiple tools to help you with emotional hardship, trauma, self esteem, the stress of change, loss of loved ones, coping skills, confidence, confusion, fear, preparing for surgery and working with your body to heal.

Sessions are $150 and usually go for about 1 to 1.5+ hours.
