What do you worship? Maybe a religious diety, or nature, or love or goodness. If so, how much time do you spend worshipping nature or love or service to goodness?
What do you find your mind pre-occupied with when you are challenged?
Do you worry, doubt, spend time in fear?
I suspect what we are really worshipping is not love or goodness but expending attention to and even elevating our fear, our worry, our doubts.
So in essence, we are worshipping these things. We are warring against our own self. We are in "warship."
So I ask again, what do you worship?
Are you in warship?
Where is your mind pre-occupied when all does not go as planned or wanted?
And what is the residual feeling in your body from these thoughts?
When we trust, when we let go to love, when we come into service to others and goodness, how does that feel?
And yet how much of your time are you tense with worry, doubt or fear? This is a state of distrust and the body gives you immediate, unmistakable feedback with tension, pain, and even full blown disease! The body tells us when we are in warship.
When we warship we are out of alignment with truth and trust.
So how do we move from self warship to the expansive and healing practice of worship to love and service to good?
Take a breath with me. In general do you consider yourself a supporter of war in the world? Do you have a natural propensity against war?
Touch into your natural attraction toward peace. It's innate.
Imagine peace, what does it mean or feel like? Close your eyes and breathe into it.
The first step in dissolving self warship is to consider what your heart truly beats in rhythm to. Consider peace, breathe it.
The 2nd powerful step is to bring awareness to your warship. Be the neutral observer. Welcome yourself to be a bystander and look to see the actions of your mind. Observe the machinations of your thinking. Are they repetitive? Do you live by them? Notice your devotion to your story. Does it serve warship against you? Just observe. Being aware to our unconscious habits is a most powerful step toward freedom and reclaiming your birthright to serve goodness, love, and high vibration living.
