Head to your Heart Studio

The Studio is in San Mateo just off 101, 3rd Avenue Exit West, near downtown San Mateo.

It has been intentionally created to provide privacy, comfort and a healing environment.

It is upstairs and not wheelchar accessible.

​

The studio is open for free meditation each Monday at 7:30 p.m. Click here if you are interested.
